On behalf of the St Brendan's club we would like to congratulate the 'All Ireland Champions' on what has been achieved. The team came from so far back in the drawn game, the way the team handled Shane and Stephen Bennett in the replay (two brilliant Waterford County hurlers) all great to see. Well done to the senior management and players and also to the juvenile mentors over the past number of years for your hard work in coaching the skills correctly to the likes of Small, Rice, Carey, etc. which allowed them to showcase on the big stage.
Well said. Everyone at the club couldn't be more proud of the team, management and community of Creggan.
