An Introduction to Mindfulness

This is an informal and relaxed workshop for anyone who would like to learn more about what mindfulness is.

This is part of the popular Health & Wellbeing Initiative that has recently been established within the Club and it is proving to be very successful.

So come along....bring an open mind....and participate in something you normally wouldn't have the chance to experience.
