PAN CELTIC FESTIVAL - DERRY Sat 11th April

Creggan U16's participated in the Pan Celtic Festival in Dungiven on Saturday where they were placed in a section with Dungiven and St. Brigids.
The girls battled hard in their group games taking some fantastic scores while our back line held strong under pressure. The results seen the girls reach the semi final stage where they met a strong Eglish team. This game saw a fierce strong wind influencing a lot of the play.
Eglish moved into the final of the competition and ended up eventual winners. This was a great tournament for the girls to participate in which will help prepare them for their first league match on Monday night against Ahoghill.
