The clocks have gone forward, the evenings are getting longer and the temperature is climbing so lets get those bodies kicked into shape :)
Monday nights @ 8:00pm and Thursday nights @ 8:30pm
All age groups and level of fitness welcome.
The sessions are for 1 hour and are taken by a fully qualified instructor.
Each session costs £5.
