Creggan Reserves got back to winning ways after a number of recent defeats in the league. This match was called off and re-scheduled on a number of occasions but it eventually went ahead on Sunday in glorious sunshine.

As the score line suggests it was basically one way traffic for the majority of the match but it still doesn't take away from the fact that Creggan were so wasteful in front of goal. In fact the score line could have been doubled if we had taken our opportunities in the first half.

I'm not going to go through each score, but after the match a number of requests were put forward to appear in the report. Most notably was Doodah's free kick miss, bang centre in front of goals on the 14 yard line....don't worry Mick, we've all been there....well maybe not!

Also one of our midfielders actually didn't get on the score sheet (and it wasn't Olly Duffin, who contributed 1-02), but apparently he wanted it scribed in the history annals that he set up 6-16 of the total tally....this man wouldn't tell a line now would he?

Anyway, our next match will most certainly be a much tougher affair when Gort na Mona visit Páirc Uí Ciceam next Wednesday evening but the Div 4 team will be looking to build on this win and keep the run going.
