Cranfield Well Upgrade

The Lough Neagh partnership in conjunction with Creggan Local Heritage Group has carried out some work at Cranfield Well. The existing wooden handrails have been replaced with iron handrails and the cement steps have been replaced with more authentic stone steps.. Also a low stone wall to the right of the well has been restored.

We think the Well looks great now and befitting its place in the historical importance of our area. Well done to all in the Creggan Local Heritage Group for making this happen!
