In preparation, we will be starting a Couch to 5k programme on Monday the 5th February. You, along with your friends and family are very welcome to come and join us get fit and ready for whatever run you decide to do.
We are really, really excited about this event SO PLEASE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW!!!
