As is tradition now within the Club, the Eugene McAlynn Memorial Easter Monday Fun Run & Walk is once again upon us. Yes, as the name suggests it's on Easter Monday 28th March and in remembrance of Eugene.

This is always a well supported event which is enjoyed immensely by runners and walkers alike.

Its a great opportunity to exercise off the big Easter dinners and drinks that will have been had the day before, but the underlying reason is also an opportunity to help others less well off than ourselves.

This year all monies raised will be split between two worthy charities...heping the Indian and Romanian Childeren. Eunan McAteer and Eoin McAuley will be going to Romania and India with their schools to help with the orphans and street kids.

So hoke out those runners, get the babies strapped into their buggies, stretch out all the limbs you can reach and join us for a day of fun and fundraising.

Remember the more people participate the more money we can raise....lets do it!

Walk start time @ 1:00pm
Run start time @ 1:50pm

Same easy route as last year 6.5km/4mile :)
